Chiro Marketing HQ is an independent site for people who own chiropractic practices and want a fuller schedule without signing a twelve month agreement to find out whether anything works.
Who writes it
Steve Meitler is the editor. He has spent the last several years running growth campaigns for local service businesses, chiropractic offices among them, and has sat in enough practice consulting rooms to know what those pitches leave out: verifiable numbers, and what happens when the campaign underperforms. Everything published here is written so you can check it against your own practice management reports.
Where the benchmark numbers come from
The benchmark report is built from public Google Business Profile listings. We run Google Maps searches for chiropractors in every US state, capture the public fields on each listing (review count, star rating, website link, hours, primary and secondary categories, city and state), deduplicate by Google place ID, and compute the statistics. Nothing comes from behind a login. No patient data, no reviewer names, and no personal information of any kind is stored or published. The dataset currently holds 71,195 listings across 51 states and is refreshed monthly. At that scale small collection errors are unavoidable, so treat every figure as accurate within a point or two rather than to the decimal.
Editorial rules
- No pay-to-play. No practice, vendor, software company or seminar can buy a mention, a link, or a recommendation here.
- Every number is sourced, either to our own dataset or to a primary source such as Google's published documentation. Opinions are labeled as opinions.
- Nothing here is legal, clinical or compliance advice. Chiropractic advertising is governed state by state, and some boards restrict free or discounted exam offers, the word "free" itself, and testimonial use. Check your own state board and your HIPAA obligations before running any offer you read about here.
- Guides are written for an owner who adjusts patients all day. If a step cannot be done by the doctor between patients or handed to a front desk lead, it does not go in.
- We update guides when the platforms change, and every page carries a date.
How the free trial works
The site is funded by the marketing work we do for chiropractic practices. Every service is offered as a free 14-day trial because an owner should see new patients on the schedule before paying anyone. You text or call, tell us which service you want to try (Google Ads, Meta ads, AI search optimization, local SEO and Google profile work, a new website, social media, review generation, missed-call text-back and follow-up, patient reactivation campaigns, bookkeeping, or appointment setting), and we build it inside your own accounts, usually within 48 hours. It runs 14 days. No card is held and nothing renews. At the end you keep it at a price quoted before the trial started, switch to a different service, or walk away with the assets we built.
