Website design and rebuilds for a chiropractic practice
23.9% of practices in this dataset link no website at all, and the gap it correlates with is stark: a median of 31 reviews for listings with a site against 1 for listings without one.
A chiropractic site has to do seven things. Load in under two seconds on a phone. Put the number in the header as a tap target. Give sciatica, low back pain, neck pain, headaches and auto injury each their own page. State what the first visit costs and how care plans are structured, in ranges. Show the actual doctor and the actual room, not a stock model in a lab coat. Make booking two taps. Answer the insurance question before anyone has to call.
There is one trap specific to this trade. A public contact form with a free-text box asking what hurts collects protected health information onto somebody else's server. Keep the public form to name, phone and preferred time, and take history on a proper intake system after the appointment exists.
Two weeks in, working means a draft you can click through on your own phone and hand to the front desk.
